Builder's notes

Based on a early settlers' stone cottage built from local Limestone picked from paddocks near Edithburgh, Yorke Peninsula, South Australia, about 1800 era. Scale is 1:32. Walls and roof framework is genuine timber, while the roofing is a corrugated product which is sealed, & painted to represent corrugated-iron. All exterior walls are sealed with Solagard Stone Finish to simulate a rendered masonry effect to the model. Each Model is entirely hand made and individually painted.
